Allen has over 30 years of experience within the health care industry. During his 11 years at GE Medical, he led the then-new Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) service business. Allen's strategy helped create a $400m per year revenue business with 80% market share and 70% margins within two years after product introduction. Allen was Vice President of Global sales and marketing for Imatron, Inc. a public company where he returned 25X to investors in less than four years and stewarded the company through the initial stages of its acquisition by GE Medical for $200M. As Inventor of the CVAC Process, Carl has spent more than 30 years researching and developing the CVAC technology and its applications. He conducted the first four years of his research under Dr. Joseph Bellanti, Dean of the Interdisciplinary School of Medicine at Georgetown University. Formerly, Carl founded and was President of Omni Health Systems, Inc., a respiratory home health care and Durable Medical Equipment business. He was a former Director of the Respiratory Therapy Department at Fauquier County Hospital in Warrenton, Virginia. Carl attended the University of Tampa under scholarship. Carl was credentialed as a respiratory therapist in 1976. Northern Virginia Community College.

James Chapman

Chief Athletics Officer

Jim has been integral to the building and implementation of functional CVAC System prototypes. His forward-thinking skills were an essential component to the release of production-stage CVAC Systems. His more than 30 years' experience in high-risk, high-integrity electro-mechanical systems and other trades where he achieved Journeyman status provide excellent background for his creative, developmental role. After achieving two finishes in Ironman triathlons, Jim coaches many aspiring and professional athletes with CVAC conditioning training as an adjunct to their sport-specific training.
